UPDATE: Power was restored to customers by 12:30 p.m., a spokesman for Con Ed said.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— Con Edison is reporting power outages Monday morning in Randall Manor after a truck passing through the area damaged a utility pole, according to emergency notifications and a source with knowledge of the incident.
