6. Temperature Rise:

7. Transformer Construction:
    a) Core:  constructed of high quality, grain oriented, high permeability silicon steel and designed to withstand over exiting of 110% rated voltage without making injury to the transformer core. The steel shall be thin lamination, annealed after cutting and rolled to insure smooth surface at the edges.
    b)Winding: The designed, construction and treatment of windings is give proper consideration to all service factors such as high dielectric and
mechanical strength of insulation, coil characteristics, uniform electrostatic flux distribution, prevention of corona formation. The windings shall be
impregnated with insulating vanish and dried in oven chamber.



8. Painting: All surfaces shall be thorough cleaned before painting then painted with a primer coat and then finish colour shall be standard colour. The paint shall be used for special heat, oil and weather  resisting properties.
Accessories: The transformer shall be furnished with the following accessories
a) Primer and secondary with terminal connectors.
b) Lifting lugs
