INTRODUCTION

Dry-type transformers refer to the serials of transformers whose core and windings 
are not immersed in the insulating oil .Cooling ways are divided into natural air 
cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).

When designed with natural air cooling, transformer can be long-term continuously operated at the rated capacity. When designed with forced air 
cooling, transformer output capacity can be increased. Dry-type transformers are suitable for intermittent overload operation, accident or 

emergency overload operation;

Due to overload loss and impedance voltage increase largely , the transformer is not in an economical operating state, so it should not be run at continuous 
overload state for a long-term.

APPLICATION

High-rise buildings, commercial centers, city squares, hospitals, schools, airports, 
railway stations, port terminals, subway, power plants, oil field, chemicals, tunnels 
and other places.

Q1: What is the Guarantee?

A1: 12 months (for free) from the date of B/L. 

NOTE: 

1. The efficiency of our Voltage Regulators / Stabilizers are 90% to 95% 

    (some series of them reaches 95%), please don't let them work overload!

2. Please make sure that all the electric wires are connected correctly 

     according to the electric diagram!

Q2: Can we put/show our own Logo on your products? 

A2: Yes, no problem, however, the quantity should be a bit bigger.
Q3: For your products, can we take our Favourite Colours? 
A3: Yes, no problem. But we need certain quantity , all colors need to be debugged.
Q4: Is OEM/ODM available?

A4: Yes, it is! Our products can be Customized. We have 20 senior engineers in our R&D Dept.,  we design and produce all kinds of Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers ,transformers according to our customers' specific requirements. 

Q5: How about the Packing?

A5:All exported goods are packed with compsite board cartons , so that we could better protect our roducts and also easier for being piled up

Q6: How about the Delivery Time?

A6: Generally speaking, it takes us 2 weeks to produce the goods after deposit or L/C.

Q8: What is the MOQ?

A8: For the small capacity products (Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers) of the default configuration, it is 5 sets. For the big capacity products, it is 1 set. 

Q9: How about the Delivery Terms?

 A9: By sea or by air or by road, FOB ,CFR, CIF, etc. any is acceptable to us.

  Besides, some items can be sent by international express, such as DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS, Fedex, etc.

Q10: Can you offer Form A or Form E or C/O ? 

  A10: Yes, no problem, we can apply for it from our local government.
