1.Product Description
S11-33kv oil immersed distribution transformer is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings, and it's also suitable for places with many oil and chemical substances in petroleum and chemical industries. The low-voltage winding with the capacity of 630 ~ 2000kVA adopts the tubular or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere turn distribution and good short-circuit resistance. The positioning structure is added to the transformer body to avoid displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners won't loose during long-term operation of the product. The product is free of maintenance and long-term operation.

-High reliability, advances level of performances, reasonable economical indicators.
-The core joints are of stepped shape with 3 steps, and the surface of the core is coated with cured paint to lower losses and noise.
-The winding has novel structure and its oil passage is reasonable designed. Its newly designed insulation structure helps enhance its mechanical strength and the short circuit withstanding ability.
-The oil tank is in various types, all have good outlook.

5.Conditions of Use
1.The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C, and the minimum shall not below -25°C;
2.The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4,000m;
3.The vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and no violent vibration and impact;
4.The air humidity is not more than 90% (25°C);
5.No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer,no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6.Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s;
7.If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
