Product Description

The S13 fully-sealed oil-immersed power transformer is currently the main selection product for power distribution equipment, with significant energy-saving effects. At present, mainstream distribution transformers generally use S13 laminated core power transformers. It adopts a fully oil-filled sealed type, no oil conservator, and a corrugated sheet box structure. The volume of the transformer changes due to changes in temperature and load, which is completely adjusted by the corrugated oil tank. Its no-load loss is much lower than that of S9, and it is resistant to lightning impact It has strong short-circuit resistance, obvious energy-saving effect, and reduces the overall size of the transformer. The S13 transformer is made of high-permeability oriented silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.27-0.30mm and a unit iron loss of 1w/kg, while the new S9 type is an ordinary silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.30-0.35mm and a unit iron loss of 1.20 -1.55w/kg. The S13 distribution transformers produced by our company all use 30P series high-permeability oriented silicon steel, using foil-wound coils and new insulating materials and processes. The product is resistant to high temperature, impact, and fully sealed structure design to ensure the stability of transformer oil quality It prolongs the maintenance cycle. Main Functions And Features
1.Iron core
Is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with full oblique and holeless binding structure. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped shape, with three or five joints, low loss, and low noise. The rolled iron core is directly wound by special equipment, without joints and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low loss. The amorphous alloy transformer core is a new kind of higher-quality iron core material, with an average drop of 72% for low air loss and 50% for no-load current compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet.
2. Coil
It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enameled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by an oxygen-free copper rod. Coil forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc with sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of the transformer, a higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enameled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enameled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. The multi-split conductor and transposition can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reducing the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more evenly.
3. Oil tank
It is welded by high-quality steel plates elliptical or rectangular structures. The radiator elements are chip type radiator, expansion radiator, or corrugated oil tank. The oil tank sealing is tested reliably in the factory. It is sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint inside and outside. The product is salt fog proof, damp heatproof, and fungus proof, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system, and wet and polluted areas. It is beautiful in appearance and reliable in operation.
