Transformer Structure
1.Iron core
Is made of high-quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with full oblique and holeless binding structure. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped shape, with three or five joints, low loss and low noise. The rolled iron core is directly wound by special equipment, without joints and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low loss. The amorphous alloy transformer core is a new kind of higher quality iron core material, with an average drop of 72% for low air loss and 50% for no-load current compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet.2. Coil
It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enamelled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by oxygen-free copper rod. Coil forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc with sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of transformer, higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enamelled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enamelled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. The multi-split conductor and transposition can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reducing the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more evenly.
