Oil-immersed Distribution transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the 10 (6) kV or 35kV network voltage to the 230/400V busbar voltage used by the user.
The high and low voltage winding adopts the combined winding process, the low voltage winding 315KVA and below adopts the wire wound structure, and the other capacity adopts the foil wound structure.
The iron core material is processed by the automatic vertical and horizontal shearing production line, and the lamination adopts a new stepped five-step full oblique seam process. The iron core clamping force is adjustable, the positioning is accurate, the high and low pressure group and the iron core are elastically supported and assembled, and the constant force is compressed, these improve shock absorption and impact performance.
The fuel tank adopts a fully sealed corrugated sheet fuel tank with a small footprint and beautiful appearance; the corrugated sheet is used as the heat dissipation element of the transformer, and the corrugated sheet can follow the change of the transformer oil volume, thereby isolating the interior of the transformer from the air, preventing the deterioration of the oil and the insulation of the body from being damp. It improves the reliability of operation, and the normal operation is maintenance-free.
